		<description>I have never had any luck with elastic waistbands.  I just can&#039;t find the middle ground between too loose and shark-bite, skin-puckering, circulation-voiding way-too-tight.  I prefer to swear over the fusible interfacing and misplaced darts of more structured pieces.  :-)  Quite the fabric-project rampage - well-done!!</description>
