This cookbook + Trader Joe’s = Easy and VERYtasty meals

I don’t like to cook (or grocery shop or do kitchen clean-up). But, with this cookbook I don’t mind so much (the shopping or cooking part at least). The recipes are super easy (can you say 20 minutes and you’re done?) and so delicious! Every ingredient in every recipe can be purchased at TJ’s so you don’t have to make trips to multiple stores. I love that! Pictures with every recipe and did I mention how easy and tasty the recipe are??
Last week we ate Warm Goat Cheese Salad, Sweet Potato Samosas and Asian Dumpling Soup (not in one meal).
You can buy it at most book stores and at Amazon. The authors also have a website (read their bios, really cute) and a blog.
I don’t know why they don’t sell the book AT Trader Joe’s. What a great house warming or wedding shower gift it would be paired with a TJ’s gift card.

love this idea. and loved their bios. plus I’ve totally had that experience while wandering the isles at TJs, wondering how I’m supposed to use some of those things. i never want to admit it, though!
Finally, TJ’s read my mind. But I agree, why don’t they sell this in store? I’ve never heard of it till now, so thank you for sharing!
