Here’s a fun little craft supply for wrapping gifts, making garland, decorating or card making. A sheet full of butterfly outlines. There is a sheet of larger butterflies and a sheet of smaller butterflies. You can print them on text paper, card stock, scrapbook paper, wrapping paper (print on the back), kraft paper, grid paper or whatever you like.
I received something special wrapped in this very pretty map paper. I made copy of it on my scanner/copier because I didn’t want to use up the original. Then I printed the butterfly outline pdf on the back.
Cut out the butterflies with scissors.
I used a glue stick to attach butterflies to the cards and added some Japanese masking tape.
I punched two 1/8″ holes in a butterfly and threaded some divine bakers twine through them to wrap a gift. I like bending the wings slightly so it looks like the butterfly just landed. (Paper from my life time supply.)

Oh this is so pretty! I love how you used the map as well, great ideas for gift wrap!
Whatever inspired you to use the map wrapping paper?? Very cool.
These are SO fun! I can think of a million things that would be so much prettier with a butterfly! Love this idea. I especially love the map. Thanks for sharing!
