Using Divine Twine for Book Binding

February 16th, 2017 § 0 comments

Hi Everyone!!

It´s DT Noe here from El Scrape de Cris y Noe to show you another inspirational project using Whisker Graphics products!
Did you know that Baker Twine is perfect for binding our projects? Besides being pretty, it’s very resistant and the way to bind with it couldn’t be easier. Enjoy the DIY book binding materials!

The first step is cut our paper to a measure of 12×6 and fold it in half … With your Crop to Dile or similar tool, make a hole that matches the fold, both at the top and bottom.

Repeat this step on the spine of your album, using one of the inner sheets as a template to mark where the holes should go.
Then pass the Baker Twine through the inside of the sheets and have both ends come out through the holes in the spine.

You only have to tie both ends !!
Following this same pattern I also made a little notebook in which to write my memories and placed it in the final part of the álbum.

Don´t forget to put a nice piece of Baker Twine in your tag … Remember … A Tag without Twine, isn´t a Tag!

At you can find a lot of precious colors of Baker Twine .. my favorites … the metallics!! Get started on your twine projects today!
