Divine Twine = Bracelet = Friendship

January 7th, 2016 § 0 comments § permalink

This week from one of our International Design Team Members, Tatiana, a simple jewelry craft project perfect for that someone special (or just for yourself!)  She choose to use our Rose Gold Metallic Divine Twine and the Rose Vintage Gold Metallic Divine Twine to make hand crochet Friendship bracelets.

She added a special Angel Lucky Charm bracelet with little knots to give an extra touch.

These bracelets are tied up with a bow or a knot – it’s a personal preference – and it’s a great option for a Valentine’s Day gift.

An easy way to stand out using our Metallic Divine Twines and shine all day long!

Check out Tatiana @ her blog Luxo de Papel where she has as a video or a step by step photos to make this project.

Seaside Jewelry

July 2nd, 2015 § 0 comments § permalink

After a day of beachcombing, Design Teamer Kerstie Pederson pairs her seaside treasures with some beachy shades of Divine Twine to make summertime jewelry. Look at the beautiful palette of colors! From left to right she has Metallic Gold, Solid Natural, Coral, Solid Coral, Aqua and Solid Blue.

Her pick for this piece is the glittery gold that provides a neutral “chain” with the perfect amount of sparkle. Use the more vibrant shades to create a completely different look.

Have you been to  the beach this summer and created anything fun from your seaside finds? Please comment on this post and let us know! We’d love to hear your ideas!

Next, she cross-stitches over a white heart on a burlap bag– love the coral Divine Twine with this burlap! It’s perfect as a jewelry or make-up bag.

Trendy Divine Twine Bracelet

March 26th, 2015 § 0 comments § permalink

Vanessa Spencer, one of our newest members to join the Whisker Graphics Design Team, uses Divine Twine to create a trendy friendship bracelet. In macrame style, she attaches the twine to a nail head. You could also attach it to a clip board but be sure to fasten it tightly or it will be a tangled mess!

Strategically braid it strand by strand to create a rainbow of colors. What a fun project for a tween age girl party. Provide the twine and let them be the artists of their creations!

Here’s a link to Vanessa’s Blog for a play by play. Stay tuned for next week’s post that includes more Whisker Graphics jewelry ideas. Plus, for other WG Wearables, check out our board on Pinterest. We’d love to see what you create!

Here’s the Divine Twine Vanessa used for her bracelet:

  • Solid Blue
  • Solid Bright White
  • Solid Deep Pink
  • Solid Navy
