We have the all-time nicest and most creative customers. Donna ordered some Chick Address Labels and instead of her address she had us typeset her business information (so clever!). I envisioned her packaging her card orders with them, so I went ahead and had some fun with a couple Bitty Bags and some bakers twine to see what I could come up with.
Though I love playing with the supplies and putting things together, I’d REALLY like to see what other people are doing. Feel free to shoot me an email with photos of your project(s) using Whisker Graphics products.

Key to My Heart
I’m pretty sure Christmas was yesterday, but what do know, Valentine’s Day is practically here.
So, I’m sending a little love your way with some free Valentine’s Printables. Both designs are 3″ square and will work great as gift tags attached to a treat (punch a small hole and string with Divine Twine) or Valentine’s cards (you can write a sweet note on the back. Print on heavy white card stock, trim, sign and give. Enjoy!

Each year my husband bakes a trillion (give or take a few) cookies to give to the neighbors. I’m in charge of packaging them and the kids are our delivery service. This year we went with a Special Delivery theme.
Filling up the boxes
I bought take-out boxes from Smart and Final and put each variety of cookie in white cupcake liners.
I cut a piece of parchment paper and tied it with Divine Twine.
(World's Worst photo)
Then I wrapped the box with Air Mail Divine Twine and changed the blue on my free Printable Gift Tags to coordinate with the twine. Took the world’s worst picture and they were ready to deliver.
Here are our 2008 cookies and 2009 cookies if you’re interested. (Looking back on these posts I realize there is competition for the world’s worst photo. The sad news is, either way I win.)

I had a chance this last weekend to do a little designing and I made these holiday gift tags for you. There are 10 tags to a sheet, 2 each of 5 different designs. I decided to use the aqua and red color combo that seems to be popular this season.

When I saw the tassel I was intrigued. I followed the instructions in Martha’s tassel making tutorial that Jennifer turned me on to and came up with a few other tassel ideas. Once you get the hang of it, a tassel can be made in just a few minutes.
I love a project that gives (almost) instant gratification. Thanks for the inspiration and sharing Jennifer!

I’ve been playing around a bit trying to figure out a simple, clean packaging for the bakers twine. Came up with a name for it too.
