I love packaging. Love. It. When someone takes the time to thoughtfully wrap a gift and add their own creative touch, my heart smiles. Big time.
In the next few weeks we’ll be adding some items to the shop that help make gift wrapping fun and memorable. First up are these cool Metal Framed Tags. They measure 1 5/8″ in diameter; a nice size for gift tags and they accept ink (calligraphy or rubber stamp) and glue (glitter anyone?) very well. They’d also make a fun garland, be cute in a scrapbook layout or add a fun touch to craft projects. What about an advent calendar with these and some Bitty Bags (the creative wheels are spinning!)?

I love when people are creative. I especially love when they are creative and generous. Thanks to the creativity and generosity of Whisker Graphic’s customer Sarah Wise you get to enjoy this scalloped jack-o-lantern tag free download. Sarah created these for her daughter’s birthday party. Hopefully she will be posting photos of said party on her blog soon.
When printed out at 100%, a 2″ circle paper punch will work nicely. You could also hand cut them into squares. Print on card stock to make gift tags or cupcake toppers. Print on full sheet labels and make stickers for party bags or a garland. Be creative. Be generous and tell a friend. Enjoy and a huge THANK YOU to Sarah for sharing her creativity!

Just added some 3″ square editable printable pdfs to the shop. The chandeliers were a request from a customer. I couldn’t decide if I liked one chandelier per tag or more, so I did both.

A few weeks ago, Rachel at Soiree Designs contacted me to help her create an identity package for her new party and event planning business. She knew the look she wanted and gave me great direction.

Some new items for the shop. Two inch square printable and editable pdf templates for parents and kids. They are just like the 2 inch squares I have for sellers in that the font, the text color, size, format and alignment can all be changed right in the pdf. They come 20 cards to an 8.5×11 sheet and up to 5 different text messages can be printed at one time. So you can print 12 gift tags and 4 book plates and 4 calling cards on one sheet or print 20 To/From Gift Stickers (just print on full label sheet). Whatever works best. I plan to add more to the shop. If you have any ideas, just leave a comment.

The editable PDFs in the shop have been received pretty well. These photos are of the latest batch I’ve created. I’m still lovin’ the flexibility of these!
Flower Power - 2 inch Squares - I printed the text in black, but on different colored paper.
Scattered Flowers 2" Squares - I changed the font and text alignment and size.
2" Squares - Illustration is black, but you can change the color, size, alignment, and font of text.
Swirls Recipe Cards & Mini File Folder - The cards with the lines are for hand-writing in the recpice. The un-lined cards can be typed directly into.
Scooter Cards & Return Address Labels - Everything looks cuter when it's orange!
