What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
Whisker Graphics accepts all payments electronically through our website. You can pay with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover) or funds from your Paypal account. Items paid by PayPal e-Checks will not ship until PayPal clears the funds (usually 4-6 days).

What are your shipping and handling rates?
We offer shipping via the United States Postal System (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation or FedEx. Shipping is based on on weight and destination and shipping and handling fees will be calculated for you during check out. Shipping times do not include order processing time. Please note: If you choose FedEx Overnight, 2-day or Express, we may still need 1-2 business days to process your order. Let us know in the "Special Instructions" during checkout if you require your order processed sooner and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Why, yes we do. We ship via United States Postal System and DHL. Shipping costs and estimated shipping time will be calculated foryou during the check out process.
Please note: International First Class and International Priority shipments are not able to be tracked once they leave the US Postal System and enter the destination country's postal system and are not guaranteed delivery. We are not responsible for delivery of orders shipped International First Class or International Priority. If you require tracking and guaranteed delivery to a non-US destination, please select Express Mail International or DHL during the checkout process.
International Shipping - Duties and Fees
Please note that international customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. As a business we are obligated to declare all items as merchandise. We are not able to mark items as "gift".
How Long Until My Items Arrive?
We know you'll be eager to receive your order, so we strive to ship quickly. In-stock items leave our facility in California within 1-2 business days from payment received. Many times we ship your order the same day it's placed!
International orders do take longer depending on where they are shipping, the mail system of that country and customs. Delivery time can vary by carrier and shipping method from 2-10 business days (or up to 40 days with First Class Mail).
Please note that the USPS Delivery Confirmation service is not an actual Tracking number, but rather simply shows when the label was printed and when the item was delivered at its final destination. Delivery times for orders shipped FedEx vary depending on the type of service selected. FedEx orders will be able to be tracked. Whichever shipping option you choose, we will send you an email to let you know when you order has shipped so you can start waiting by your mailbox. Ok, maybe just be on the lookout for it.

How do I find out about sales and specials?
The best way (and somethimes the only way) to find out about new products or sales and specials is to subscribe to our email list. We won’t flood your inbox, but when we send out an email, you’ll want to be sure you’re on the list.
The information supplied to Whisker Graphics will be kept confidential. We will absolutely never ever sell or share your information with third parties. For added security, we do not retain your credit card information after your order is processed.
Can you send my purchase directly to a gift recipient?
Yes, just enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient's address in the shipping section. Remind us in the "Special Instructions" area that this is a gift and not to include the sales receipt with the order. That's it!
What is a Wish List and how do I make one?
Creating a wish list lets you keep track of your favorite Whisker Graphics’ items and email your list to friends.
You can create a wish list by first adding items to the shopping cart (don't worry, you won't have to order them!). Once you've added your items you can choose to move them to your wish list.
New customers will need to create an account on our site to be able to save their list.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
What Is Your Return/Refund Policy
We take great pride in the quality and value of our products. Should there be a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will make our best effort to resolve the issue. Please kindly note we do not offer refunds, but gladly provide store credit or exchanges on non-personalized products. Products must be received within 10 days from the date your order is received. Please ensure all items to be returned are in original and unused condition. Please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

You agree that neither Whisker Graphics nor its owners shall be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of any aspect of your order, including but not limited to products, printing or delivery. We do not warrant against late deliveries due to shipping delays, manufacturer backorders, or color variations. Is Divine Twine™ Food Safe?
While we don't know of any negative effects of using Divine Twine™ in direct contact with food, it has not been tested for such use and therefore we do not recommend using it in this manner (i.e. trussing a chicken).
